Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving the order if:

• The item is unused
• In its original condition
• With tags and packaging intact

Refunds

Refunds are only accepted in cases of:

• Damaged products
• Wrong item received
• Manufacturing defects

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos/videos.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, some items such as hijabs, accessories, or sale items may not be refundable or exchangeable unless there is a defect.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the mistake is from our side.
